Why aren't My Rinex Files Being Generated?
Check your intended output folders, As these can sometimes be pointing to an invalid, or unintended location on your device.
Why do My Rinex Files have the Wrong Location Data?
Check your Windows Regional Settings. As devices are used around the globe, some systems will handle regional formats differently. Currently we only support the use of this converter in the following region format:
Why doesn't My Rinex File have Galileo Signals?
Check what version of RINEX software you are currently using. at the time of writing, RINEX 2.0.3 supports Galileo signals, however, some older versions may not. Please check the link at the bottom of this page for the latest version:
For best results we suggest using the latest version of RINEX, and ensuring that your Regional settings have been adjusted.
